Brand illustration system for a design studio, Behold Design.
The challenge.
Create an illustration system that enforces the studio’s modern, digital/tech character and helps to explain its vast skill set; a style that can flex across many different touch points and does not clash with the studio's portfolio assets.
The solution.
An abstract imagery system that supports the messages and does not overtalk the studio's offer. Modern and fresh look underlining flexibility and creativity of Behold Design.
The Process.
Defining a vivid and positive gradient that brings up light and modern character to the style.
Finding suitable shapes that correspond with the logo typeface. Rounded corners give a welcoming character, and geometric shapes underline the tech focus of the studio's portfolio.
Defining the leading, base objects. Giving them some transparency and depth to make them look more futuristic. Adding the right amount of details to tell simple stories and to balance compositions.
